Cancellation Policy:
Due to high demand for theatre space, please review the following cancellation and amendment rules:
- Deposit: The £500 deposit is non-refundable unless you provide certification from a medical professional. In extenuating circumstances, a 50% refund may be issued.
- Amendment or Cancellation of Surgery Date:
- More than 4 weeks' notice: No charge, and your deposit will remain on file for a new surgery date.
- Less than 4 weeks' notice: A £250 administration fee will be charged.
- Less than 2 weeks' notice: A £500 administration fee will be charged.
- Less than 1 week’s notice: An administration fee of 50% of your surgical fee will be charged.
- Multiple Changes: If you change your surgery date more than once, a minimum £250 administration fee will apply (even if the change is made more than four weeks in advance). Additionally, the full surgical fee will be due at this point.
- Finance Applicants:
- If applying for finance, your application must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the surgery date. Failing to submit on time may result in having to pay the full fee.
- The cancellation and amendment fees above will still apply to finance clients.
Re-booking After Cancellation or Date Change:
- If you change your surgery date, a new invoice will be issued, and re-booking will only proceed once the outstanding balance is settled.
